Loading images into (SQL Server) image column

I have a SQL Server database table with a column that is an image type. Using either Access 2003 or Access 2003 project, I would like to create a form which will enable a user to load an image into that column for each record in the table; however I can't find out how to do that anyplace. Loading the image could either require a user to enter a path/file name into a separate text column or, perhaps, a browser function could be set up to select an image.
