Loading forms into Containers/OLE 1

Is there a way that I can load a VB Form into a container.
The loaded form must be in runtime mode, just like and MDI, but the target form is not mdichild, must not be.

Also the target form will not be in the same project as the container form. Commondialog control returns filenames, but how do i run that form in a container, or just run it?
