loading external .js code

hi,
i used a clock w/ a specific time zone from

http://www.maxxblade.co.uk/clock/index.php

once i choosed the timezone and it will automatically generates the code and save it externally however since i
have 3 time zones the site generates 3 codes with same vars

this line <script = "text/javascript" src = "path_to_js/file.js"></script>

doesnt work.
