loading event sound

My bad, I wrote this late last night, finishing up a day's worth of work.
What I'm trying to do, is load a big MP3 file into a flash site. And since attaching it in the flash file will make it load too slow for slow users, I will make it load in the background, while all the other images are loading too. It'll play after everything is loaded. loadSound is in Objects->Movie->Sound->Methods->loadSound
I guess my question is what do I put for "object" for that action?
