Loading EBCDIC data from COBOL fixed width files to oracle with inform

HI ,

I have a dump of a VSAM data which is EBCDIC formati whic i have to load it to an oracle tables

Have any body worked with the cobol fixed widht files as sources to laod data into oracle tables?

let me know if I am clear on my question.
