loading an icon from a .dll file

I have a .dll file (shell32.dll for example) and I want to make a program in Delphi 6 whitch load an icon from this dll.
Could you give me some indications!

I don't know anything about Delphi, but if it can use the Win32 API, then try using the LoadImage() function.
