I have just upgraded to a Palm TX which is one of their latest pda's. It takes memory cards and runs on the Palm OS.

Can I load an Approach db into my new Palm? Basically I want to load my contacts file into my pda so that I can care the info with me. I am using v. 9.8.

Previously I loaded the Approach into my PIM (SIDEKICK 9x) and then HotSynch-ed the my PIM into an earlier version of the Palm pda. To the best of my knowledge, it is not possible to HotSync my PIM with the latest versions of Palm pda's.

Would welcome any suggestions.

If your Palm will run Windows 95/98/2000/XP then Approach might run on it given enough memory, of course. Approach itself is highly dependent on video and printer drivers, however, so that could be a "show stopper".

Your contact data is another story. You can export it to a text file and perhaps get it into a format your Palm will use. I do not know if this is possible but I would look in that direction for a solution.
