I had a PRI card fail a week ago and got a replacement. The replacement is used and when I loaded the card into my system, all calls traveling out across the card have a DNIS reflected; but it is not my number. My number is a 818...the card is passing a 703. How do I removed or reprogram the replacement card?...HELP!

PRI cards are not interchangeable unless or until you load your PRI database on the card (with IMAT).

Having a spare PRI card thats ready to plug & play means it's preloaded with your database.

The mere fact that the trunks work at all is a miracle.

You need to save your database off of the old card and load it onto the replacement using IMAT.
