Loadbalancing and loop avoidness

Dear All,
I have the following scenario that i need help in.
i have two cisco L2 switches and 2 uplinks connecting both of them.
i need to load-balance between those two links such that stp doesnt have to disable one of them.

please advice:)

Etherchannel if you are connecting to the same switch.
