LOAD Resume in TD

Is there any process in Teradata to do a LOAD RESUME like in DB2 for loading the new records from 2 environments?

What are you using to load? Fastload, Tpump, Mload?

I don't have any preference. Which ever works better, I could use that utility.

Could you explain, what LOAD RESUME is used for?
Sounds like a job loading from different sources into the same table?
