load of comn.nss failed status 13

After loading nw6sp2, nw6nss2b, naasupd2, nwmem2 and the server restarted...I get the load of comn.nss failed status 13 error along with sys: volume could not be loaded and server fails to load ws2)32.nlm.

What do I need to do now? I tried TID1006457 - but loadstage 2 bombs...what now?
