Load MSGINA no Ctrl+Alt+Delete

I am looking for a way to launch the Windows NT security screen: (MSGINA.DLL)
- Without using "Windows NT security"
- without pressing ctrl+alt+del
Suggestions welcome, no third party app, please. scripts/batch files are OK though.
