Load movie b4 movie start

hi frienz;
i would like to use load movie command but i also
like that my movie should already load before i call it
please don't missunderstand , acctualy i made some
animated swf animations in another software and i want
to call these in flash and i also can't import it because
these swf movies animate through action script and if i will
import them they will lose thier animation.

so i repeat is there any way that i can load files before
i call them ?

i would just make a pre-loader for the files you are loading..in each individual swf that you are loading create a pre-loader that you can use for each one..i would make the same pre-loader for each file that way there is some conformity there.. apply it to each..atleast that way there will be something there while you wait..you know what i mean..when you click the button that loads the movie have a text pre-loader there that says something like"loading please stand by"..and have that there untill you have loaded last frame of each movie..

just a thought...
