Hi everybody,
I am testing load balance, and I am getting strange results. I am assigning a load evaluator to two servers in a farm with only Memory Usage rule to 90% and 10% threshold values. I load the memory in one of the servers. I check the performance in the Server Windows Task Manager and I see that the Memory is near to the maximum size, however the Load Manager is getting very, very low values of Memory Usage, near to zero.
I make tests with CPU Utilization rule and I get the same results. I tested it works properly with Server User Load rule.
All applications are published.
I noticed too, for instance, another strange thing. I have reseted both computers, after I have checked, using the Windows Task Manager, that the used memory in both computer is about 160KB, but when I open the Load Monitor (in the second computer, 50KB more) I have noticed that the Load Evaluator in the main server is very higher that the second, which is near the low threshold. I dont understand why is it happening? Now, I start a lot of applications and all of them are opened in the second computer, but the Load Monitor don`t record the increase of memory. Both servers have the same Load Evaluator
Does someone know if the load balance works properly? I am grateful if someone can give his feedback.
Thanks in advance
Regards
Antonio
