Load Keycode

How do you load a keycode in Element Manager? BCM400 v4. The keycode consists of VM boxes and fax messaging auth.

In element manager
click system, keycodes, then modify feature licenses table, then adjust the number of VM box and fax msging. Then enter the keycode.

Or if you download the keycode file just press the load keycode file button, then point to the keycode file. It will automatically adjust the feature license table for you.

Load works. Now i have another keycode but they didnt give me the file and i dont know when i will get it. entering the code manually isnt working. goes through a retreival process but then tells me something about invalid code?

When entering manually, you also have to have the correct sequence number.

Yes, when I press modify and then highlight Unified Messaging, the box shows sequence #3 which is correct.

When using Modify, change the parameter for what you have a licence for, press the tab button, then enter the 24 digit keycode at the bottom, then click on submit or okay whichever option is there.
