Load Flash based on connection speed

Hello,

I'd like to display one of two different flash files based on user connection speed. Does anyone know of a good tutorial or can offer any advice on how to do that? If a user has broadband when the site loads, then one swf file will play if it's dial up, then just a graphic or something else will load. Any idea would be more than appreciated.
