Load error with Jdeveloper

I get the following when starting up Jdeveloper:

Load error.

Object: oracle.apps.fnd.wf.worklist.server.GranteeListVO

Project: C:\Jdeveloper\jdevhome\myprojects\SmartPOReqNot.jpr

For input string: "False"

Exception: oracle.jbo.dt.objects.JboException (java.lang.NumberFormatException)

I don't know why I am getting this error. I have a project where I am trying to use OA FrameWork to extend a view object.
