Happy new year fellas, hope you're all well.

Our in house system just threw a little fit, and started giving me the above error in SSA. Handsets were getting weird dialtone and even DS sets had choppy voice. Calls that were in progress before it spazzed out remained fine, but SSA wouldn't load any pages, just give that error.

monitor wouldn't connect at all.

After a few minutes it returned to normal. Didn't get a chance to reboot as i was waiting for the existing calls to finish.

Anyone seen anything like it? IP500 V1 on R8.

I have a v1 on rel 8 but dont use it much.... but cant say i have seen any thing like it.

Had the same thing myself today Tom, Xima was stopping logging then starting again (as it uses monitor port) and SSA logged in but changing pages gave me the error you mentioned, can't say I noticed any choppy voice/dialtone but a remote set did drop registration. After 5/10 mins it sorted itself out, but I am on 500v2 latest 7.0

7.0.27 and 8.0.16 do have some nasty bugs.
I am not surprised that this is another one.

Weird, never seen it before, upgraded to R8 over the break, it's been a bit of a headache.
