I run a COBOL exec file from the command line and it runs perfectly however when I run the program from a Java program with cobcall("program") I get the error:
load error : file 'SQLADR'
Called file not found in drive/directory

If anyone has any ideas why this is happening and how to correct it I would be grateful. It is extremely important and above all frustrating.

Many thanks
Chris

Hi chirpyform,

Are you using SQL in the COBOL program?

Are you binding the COBOL object with the Java object?

Are you running the SQL compiler as a separate step? When?
