Load data validation errors in CCM RealTime reporting

I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my win2k clients, I get a "Load data validation error" when I open CCM web interface on the win2k client machines and go to real time reporting and try to launch any graphical display.

SOAP is installed.
The site is a trusted site.
All browser security is set to low/allow/enable for every thing.

Just an update, Nortel has invested over 16 hours into this issue and as of yet there is no solution.
