Load Config BCM50 R2

We use a couple of BCM50s in case any of our customers systems fail. One of the engineers was trying to load a config from another system and it failed to load saying "missing signature".I have tried this on two BCM50s with 3 different configs & two laptops & get this every time. Does any one know the solution or is there a work around. It will take some time to program a replacement system from scratch.

I think it has to have the same patches that the original has.
