Hi.

If we have a router with two serial port connected to leased line, could we do a load balancing with static routing ?

Thank in advance.

Do you have two leased lines coming into the one router? (via WIC with Integrated CSU/DSU)

Assuming you do, You'll need to put in a static route.

ip route <network> <subnet> <next hot> <distance>

Make sure that both routes you put in have the same metric (it's 1 by default). Both sides of the line will need to be setup this way for the load balancing to work.
