I am currently "load balancing" my 3 Win 2003 Terminal Servers by using DNS round robin.

They are Enterprise addition, so i know i could use NLB

Of course this is not effectively load balancing them thru resource use, as some T servers get much more connections and procesor and memory useage than other.

What products will enable me to effectively load balance the T Servers?

I am using thin client Wybe boxes to establish RD connection to the Terminal Serer Farm

3 Servers 110 users

Any help would be great, thanks

From what I hear, Load Balancing should be improved in Windwows 2008. Until then, I think running Citrix on top of Terminal Services will give you much more flexibilty with load balancing.
