Load balancing of business Object servers in ASP.net webconfig

Currently we are hardcoding BusinessObject server name in Webconfig. so everytime the server changes, we have to change the webconfig also. How to refer to the current business object server name in web config file?

are you talking about failover set up, or are you referring to every 2 years you get a new server?
