Load balancing Intel NICS

I have two Intel Pro NICS in my 5.1 server. I've teamed them for load balancing. I can get them to work fine if I put the load files in the autoexec.ncf. Is there a way to get them to load through inetcfg? Everytime I try to import the configuration, it kills it.
