Load-balanced app runs as desktop session on one server (???)

This is wierd to me, see what you think...

We have a 15 server TS farm with a bespoke published app load-balanced over all the servers. When running the app remotely on server 2, it comes up as a desktop session instead of a seamless app. What on earth is causing this????

The only thing I can think of immediately is that the command line on server 2 is blank.

Thanks, I checked the command line and the exe it was pointing to had been removed. I copied the install directory from a working server and it is working fine now, cheers.
