We are currently in the process of deploying a CUCM-BE7 call manager with 7941,7961, and 7911 phones. When the phones are booting they act like they are going to upgrade, but they error out with the message "Load Auth Fail". The phone will hang on this error for a moment and then continue to boot like normal. After the phone boots you can look at its status and it reports the error of "load authentication failed SCCP41.8-5-2sr1S". Being new to version 7 i am a little usure of this error.
