Load another swf + its Javascript

I´m trying to load a 2nd swf into the main swf. No problems so far. Now the 2nd swf (a clock) does not run properly without its javascript. How do I load the script as well, so that it tells the loaded clock swf what to do.

I already tried to load the main swf into the clock swf (that would work out fine with the script), but since it´s fullscreen the clock then is covered.
I´m desperate...
