Load 2 Frames from a rollover script

Hi there,

I only know a few basics in Javascript - I'm designing a site that uses three frames, a top navigation frame, a side submenu frame and a main central frame.

I found a script that allowed me to load both frames from a single link in the top navigation frame, that seems to work across most browsers, and I tried combining this with rollover script. It works fine on a Mac in IE 5, but refuses to work on a PC or in Naviator. Can anyone help? The URL is
