LNK1168: cannot open Debug/What is Your Name Project1.exe for writing

I dont understand what I did wrong but it says that. When I double click it expecting to show the blue error arrow at the thing nothing happens...This is what it says:

Please some one help fast! I want to get this done before I go to sleep in like 10 minutes!

The linker obviously fails to access the .exe for writing.

Make sure the .exe isn't running.
