lmreread failed: Invalid parameter (-42,381)

Ive setup reporting as per instructions in CTX106032 and followed suggestions in the citrix forums, but whenever I try to generate a report, I just the message 'no chart generated'

Whenver I run the lmreread -c command, i get the following message - lmreread failed: Invalid parameter (-42,381)

Ive checked the lmgrd_debug.log file, and that tells me that the report log has started

Any ideas ?
