Hi all.
Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I'd be really grateful of some help if anyone can give it to me.
Hopefully, what's coming next will make sense!
Last week, while attempting to change the time on our phones (now that the clocks have gone forward), my boss and I somehow managed to swap station numbers. My phone's the 8DS and his the 30. While trying to rectify this he somehow swapped back the last digits, but changed the first digit of the entire network. Also, the number for an outside line has changed from 9 to 1. Could anyone please tell me how we can get things back to normal?
Here's how things should be and how they are now.
Boss' phone: Should be [Station 100] / Now [Station 700]
My phone: Should be [Station 104] / Now [Station 704] (All other phones on the network are prefixed with a 7 instead of a 1 as well)
Outside line: Should have to dial [9] / Now [1]
Any help would be *greatly* appreciated.
Cheers
Mark
