LKD 30 Mode Problem

I have a problem with a LK30D phone. Its the main phone ext 100 on a LDK 100. Problem is that in normal mode it was possible to divert externally ie divert it to a mobile using code 5545 but now when it is diverted, a tone is heard and it plays the busy UCD message.
I think someone has tampered with it and put in some type of code which has stopped it in Normal mode dialling up the mobile phone. In Weekend mode it works OK.
The COS is set to 1 which is fully open and unrestricted.

Any advice on this would be much appreciated.

The way to behave in Day, Night and Weekend mode for all phones is seen in PGM231 - if you use ISDN or in PGM 144, if you use analog CO lines.
