Hi folks,
We've got a HPLJ4500 laser connected via an internal Jet Direct card using IP to a Windows 2000 server.
The clients on the network are using W2K workstation SP3. All the latest MS patches are applied to the clients.
When any user tries to print to the LJ4500 they will get one page and then multiple blank pages.
The driver on the server has been replaced with the latest version, the printer firmware has been upgrade.
Until recently when the blank pages problem happened it could be stopped by cycling the power. The printer would then work fine for at least twenty four hours.
The printer was previously on a Novell server and worked without problems.
Any thoughts....?
