lj4250 printing garbage

We have a LaserJet 4250 that is printing garbage. Our company's Intranet contains several forms that internal users fill out & submit. Once they click the Submit button, a box pops up so they can print out the form with what they input to it. The problem is, the first copy of the submitted form prints garbage. Any copy printed beyond that first one is fine. This is only happening at one of our branches, not company wide. It is currently set up using a PCL6 driver. I tried the latest update to this driver, & that did not work. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling the printer. No luck. I have tried everything I can think of & still no luck. Should I perhaps try an older driver...like a PCL5?

I tried different drivers...PCL5, PCL6, & updated versions of these drivers. The form will print fine when sent to another printer at the branch. It must be something with the printer or a setting somewhere.

Is it a network printer? if yes remove network card and reset it.
