LJ4100 Prints Multiple Pages

User sends a multiple page print job (eg 10 pages) and when she next prints a single page document it prints out 10 times.

Only happens for this one user on this one printer and not all the time. Copies are set to 1.

Environment is Desktop OS - XP, Server OS - 2k, Off 2k3

any help appreciated
