Hi,
I am just installing a LJ M4345MFP for the first time, after a lot of playing around I finally got it talking to LDAP but had to use port 3268, rather than 389.
I can see all the users in the address book, when using the scan to email function, but I also see all the system accounts, does anyone know how to filter out all the (non user) accounts so the address book on the printer only shows the users I want it to.
I tried chaning the search root to
dc=domainname,dc=local,cn=my business,cn-users,cn=sbsusers
To point it to the correct container in AD but then I lost all the users on the device.
TIA,
Paul
If aint broken, dont try n fix it!!!!!
