LJ 4200dtn 1,500 sheet feeder

Hello. At my company we have about 6-lj4200dtn printers.
All have high output 1500 sheet tray 4's.
It seems they are all on timers because one by one the are coming up with tray 4 jam errors.
No amount of cleaning or roller replacement helps.
I'm no printer expert, and these trays have served the company well. Just wondering if there is info for me to try to repair these trays on my own.
