LJ 4000dtn - New 4th tray wont print

Hi

We have a LJ 4000 which we have just added a 4th Tray to.

The tray is recognised by the printer but I cannot print to it. The tray is set to installed, it is also setup as default.

I have tried both PCL 5e & 6 drivers – of the most recent version

I cant see where I have gone wrong

Well, if the printer sees that it's installed (which you should be able to see when you print a configuration page), and your software sees it as an installed option, you might want to double-check the paper size. If you select the tray to print, and it's the wrong paper size, it may not work.
