I have installed the new 360 program on my computer and it will not connect to the website at all. When I try to access it from the computer, it redirects me to a search engine. I've tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling it, to completely turning it off and trying to access it. Any ideas on what to do?

Liveupdate problem with 2008

You want to uninstall Live Update (the version that came with 360), and reinstall Live Update that is available on a number of sites including Softpedia. We had the same problem with Norton NIS 2008. The more recent Live Update version that installed with NIS would not work, so we unistalled it, and installed the slightly older version of LU. Everything is updating properly.
