I need a listing of all project areas within a Livelink 9.5 environment.

At a minimum I would like the following:

• Name of the area
• A URL to the area
• The size of the area (MB)
• If possible – an ‘owner’ of the area

Can anyone help or has anyone done something similar ?

This query or similar queries are available in the KB.I am not sure if putting full queries whether i am doing OT a bad thing.Howver if you have the time to do a little research I have given you the most pertinent points :)

Name:dtree.name with subtype=202 (all projects is with this subtype)
URL:you have to come up with this(notification tables has this)
Size:for this dataid find all the objects that has ownerid=project dataid.Simply put a project is a volume object that has the same ownerid for all its contents.using that info one should go into dversdata for the individual files like dtree.dataid=dversdata.docid
Owner-Perhaps the owner userid which again is available.Don't really mean nothing though. It is something that organizations make up and loosely resemebles a file system perm like (User,Group,Others)

Well, if I called the wrong number, why did you answer the phone?
