I'm experiencing a problem with Livelink threads when I use Livelink Explorer 4.6 to a copy a file into Livelink and the file show as a 0 byte file. Once this happens, one of the five threads in Livelink stops and eventually slows down the server. The only recovery is to restart the Livelink server service.

I would appreciated any help with this.

I would definitely check the upload path of your livelink server/webserver.If defaults were used the webserver uses c:\winnt or a temp directory in the system directory(I have forgotten the exact loaction, this is howver described in KB)Zero kb files happen when the node is allocated and created but the actual version could not be uploaded.does this happen only when using llexplorer.

Well, if I called the wrong number, why did you answer the phone?

appnair,

This only happens with llexplorer. Could you also elaborate on what you mean by upload path of the livelink server/webserver?
