Livelink Notification

We have setup livelink notification to receive notifications for every hour. It fails to sent notification when there are hundreds of documents uploaded and it get stuck in the NotifyEvents and LLEeventQueue table. Out of these hundreds of document only a few are setup to be notified. (But all the uploaded documents shows up in NotifyEvents and LLEeventQueue tables). It remain in these tables and fail to notify till we do a restart of the livelink server. Has anyone experienced similar issues?

have you tried email notification inplace of the livelink delivery mechanism.Also a close look at the tables should show you some users who have turned notifications for anything and everything(for eg notify me of any item cahnges in enterprise) we run cron(sched) jobs to find those offensive users.
