We're looking into Live Link and hoped you could provide objective feedback from your experience of it. What are its strengths and weaknesses? In particular, I would appreciate any feedback around:
- file plan creation and maintenance
- access control model
- profiling types
- ability to personalise the file plan (favourites)
- saving a document (how easy from end user perspective)
- any issues when integrating with MS Office
- any showstopper issues from your perspective
