Livelink Explorer wont work with users with XP SP2

Wev'e had a number of users complaining about not being able to use Livelink Explorer on Livelink since installing XP Service Pack 2. We are running version 9.2.0.0.164.

can anyone advise us on what the problem is, and even better a solution

Windows Xp Sp2 contains firewall and popup software. YOu will have to disable the popup blocker to grant your livelink instance as a "safe" site. If you need help ouw to do this let me know. If there any error message you get when attempting to access you Livelin URL? I imagine, other users acessing the same URL from a NON SP2 install are fine.
