Livelink errors

Has anyone on here have a list of errors and possible solutions for livelink AP Batchscan as I have a user who is having a problem scanning in invoices.

Sometimes they can scan them in without any problems but other times they get the following "error has occured making a link to the livelink"

Any help or advice most welcome

Is that an OT product or a third party product.when this error happens can you still get into livelink thru the web page.I am not familiar with this scan AP product and probably you will have better luck if you contacted the original vendor of the product
