Livelink error when trying to add as user.

The following error is happening for an admin in our livelink environment when clicking the + icon to add a user to a folder.
"Livelink Error: Error accessing User list. [User/Group Search Not Available.]"

It just started randomly happening for the admin. Nothing has changed on their end or in our livelink environment. We are not able to replicate the error with our accounts either. User and group search is working fine as well.

Livelink Version 9.5.0.1.152

Troubleshooting: Remove/add user back, reboots of livelink nodes and search, Browser (IE8) Client side troubleshooting (cache, cookies, etc)

Nothing seems to be correcting this error. Anyone have some ideas?

the + icon indicates to me that this could be a customized version of livelink as in the standard code you add users thru a selection screen based on lastname,firstname.login,email find the users and add them in that way.As for the problem in hand you might benefit if you edited your opentext.ini put DEBUG=2 wantlogs=true restart and send the thread and connectlogs to OT.Or even if you looked in that log something may be obvious.

never mind the +icon which is "grant access" on the permissions page.I mistook that for a customization.My bad still it would be beneficil to run the logs .
