Livelink Error - Could not retrieve the database version information.

When I try and login to livelink, I get thrown with this error:
Error Logging In
Could not retrieve the database version information.

Can anybody help? Im a newbie to livelink and have no clue what to do.

There are a few possible causes of this, I would recommend that you contact you local OT Support office and provide them with the Livelink Thread & Connect logs from you system - they will be able to tell you how to enable logging at this level.

This issue often requires a bit of investigation and does not really usually have a one size fits all solution.
