hello i am interested about Disaster recovery solution or steps must be followed for livelink 9.7 i have two windows servers with sql 2005 db i need the document showing steps for backup /restore and DR
if i have dongle with one of the clustered servers and if i am planning to migrate live link to virtual machine this will block me ? or i have to contact opentext

i don't have access to Kb so if you can share the admin pdf files .

- which covers an outline, along with the docs in the thread you mention.

generally these will form the basis of a plan - as a lot depends on your specific setup, module mix, use cases etc - that would evolve into the the actual plan.

I doubt you will get much from OT as 9.7.1 is now well out of support, as is CS 10 and 10.5 now too, so perhaps you should invest the time in an upgrade with support from either OT or a well know partner and this can be included in that project.

I don't have support access to opentext system is 8 years old no support if you can share with me through tek-tips or I can download from ondrive or google drive

you should get a support contract and upgrade, sharing content outside is a breach of the T&Cs, among other things, for whoever does it. Ask OT directly and they may share it with you. Or get a Partner in to do the work for you.
