Livelink Admin Issue

Do anyone have idea what would be main cause of this livelink error?

usually means Livelink can not connect to the EFS and Index drives using the account specified, have you checked this ?

Which account, is it livelink admin, or administration or DB account?

it will be the Windows account that runs the Livelink service.
